Everlane Core Content and Merchandising Strategy

My Role: Product designer, Content audit and research, Core feature additions, Style update

As our business grows and we scale site traffic, paid marketing efforts, and add distribution channels (retail and international), we need to help users discover the breadth of what Everlane offers. Research and develop homepage optimization and content strategy, Re-merchandise existing categories, creating category pages to display breadth, and develop sub-categories allowing for future growth and flexibility.
